2011 Ford Fiesta Priced at $13,995, Cheapest Hatchback Is $15,795
Ford has released pricing for the U.S.-spec 2011 Ford Fiesta, and as we expected, the oddly proportioned sedan comes in way cheaper. The base 2011 Fiesta S sedan costs $13,995, including a $675 destination charge. It comes with 15-inch steel wheels, stability control, a driver knee airbag (in additional all the usual 'bags), a telescoping steering wheel, and auxiliary and USB jacks. Add the six-speed, dual-clutch transmission for $1,070 (which you will do if you want an automatic), and the price goes up to $15,065.
From there, you move up to the Fiesta SE sedan ($14,995), which adds upgraded interior trimmings, power accessories and a CD player, along with a longer options list.
The cheapest 2011 Fiesta hatchback is also an SE, and it costs $15,795 — $185 more than a base Honda Fit.
Next up is the Fiesta SEL sedan ($16,995), which comes with 16-inch alloy wheels, extra chrome exterior detailing, Sync and an upgraded sound system.
At the top, there's the Ford Fiesta SES hatchback, which costs $17,795. It's equipped like the SEL sedan, but is acquirable with an optional leather interior ($715). If you want both leather and the six-speed dual-clutch 'box, you're looking at a $20,375 price tag.
