We could’ve sworn we heard this intent from Lieberman first. No matter, Car & Driver saw the potential hilarity in the concept of teaching grandmothers the finer points of late-braking and lateral g-forces, too. Mothers-in-law of the buff book’s writing squad were recruited for some lapping in MINI Clubmans, and hopefully the amateur pilots walked away with a deeper understanding of just what it is their sons-in-law do. CD associate editor Tony Quiroga supplies the voiceover, and the video is probably not the most exciting thing you’ll watch today, but you can see for yourself how the events unfolded after the jump.
